I really love new ideas and enjoy pioneering projects that increase reach and enable people to be transformed positively by taking part in dance.
Since 2004 I have developed my natural leadership and management skills whilst working with influential UK dance organisations including DanceXchange, The Place, English National Ballet, Rambert and The Royal Opera House.

Project highlights include:
As Head of Rambert’s Learning & Participation department developing and overseeing a portfolio of projects with a nationwide reach of 40,000 to various populations including; schools, recreational dance, hospitals, hospices, theatres, festivals and older adults
My contribution to the development of The Centre for Advanced Training (CAT), London Contemporary Dance School, The Place supported by The Department for Education’s Music and Dance Scheme. As Programme Manager, I grew one of the first National Dance CATs from 20 exceptionally talented students in 2004 to over 80 in 2011; developing the curriculum and building a team of expert staff.
